Target is a true example of a dual-purpose hop variety. It produces smooth, crisp bitterness as well as an intense English hop aroma with notes of citrus (particularly tangerine and marmalade), spice, sage and floral qualities.

Target is the perfect hop variety for use in English style ales and lagers.
