Talus - (25g Pellet Hop)

Talus delivers big aromas of pink grapefruit, citrus rinds, dried roses, pine resin and tropical fruits. It has been cultivated as a daughter of Sabro from where it derives its citrus, floral, wood and fruit aromas and can be used throughout the brewing process.

The experimental hop HBC 692 has been rebranded for commerical sale by the name Talus which pays homage to the rich mountainous landscape of the Pacific Northwest of the US.
