Strata is fast becoming a beloved hop in the brewing world due to its complex and multifaceted nature, displaying crisp, sharp zesty notes, along with dank herbs, and sweet fruits. Most notably the flavours and aromas of durian, feijoa, and passionfruit.
It is the first hop variety to be released by Indie Hops in collaboration with the Oregon State University Hop breeding program.
