Smooth cream
"I use this mostly with the Impressence Irish Cream. This is one of our favourites. I find using a blender is better (easier and more consistent product) than whisking by hand, but you MUST use low blending speed otherwise there are too many fine bubbles and it takes days to settle. Also tried it with the coconut rum to make a coconut cream - nice! But be careful as the flavouring and the cream base can react and become lumpy. I blend the cream base first and then pour in the flavour while still blending, perfect."
