The RAPT Bluetooth Glycol Controller has several advantages over other glycol chillers.

RAPT Bluetooth Glycol Chiller Features

* More Compact
* Powerful with 400 watts of cooling ability
* Large, easy to read display
* Can be controlled using Bluetooth and the RAPT app
* Can be paired with the RAPT Glycol Controller
* Able to get down to sub-zero temperatures easily (-10C)

How it Works

This glycol chiller has a set temp on the display for the glycol bath and a glycol pump that plugs into 12v Power supply and pressurises both JoinTech outputs.  If you were only using one fermenter then you could plug the power supply for the pump into a temperature controller so that you can cycle the pump on and off to cool your fermenter.  With that said the recommended setup is to use the RAPT Glycol Controller that will sit between your fermenter and the RAPT Glycol Chiller.

RAPT Glycol Controller (sold separately)

The RAPT Glycol Controller has a pressurised line of glycol that leads up to the controller from the RAPT Glycol Chiller so it can use the integrated pinch valve to increase and decrease glycol flow to the fermenter. It also has an AC outlet so you can control a heating device such as the Warming Wizzard or heating belt/wrap that can heat the fermenter. The advantage of using a glycol controller is that it can control all the heating and cooling, act as a BLE repeater if you are using the pill as the thermometer and for gravity monitoring and also gives you a heads up display of what is going on inside the fermenter.

Compressor Cooling

Unlike other cheaper thermoelectric coolers this is a true compressor glycol chiller meaning that even on very hot days you will be able to crash chill your fermenter easily while also using far less energy. Compressors are several times more energy efficient when compared to thermoelectric.

Flooded Fonts

The RAPT Bluetooth Glycol Chiller is ideal for a flooded font setup. Unlike other glycol chillers intended for fermentation control, the small form factor, affordability and potential to have an 'always on' pump means this is an easy way to setup a glycol system for your flooded font. As the pump is externally powered from a standard 10amp socket, you can set up a smart plug to make sure your font is icy cold in plenty of time!

Dry Break JoinTech Fittings and Hoses

The chiller includes Male JoinTech fittings. We also sell additional hoses and JoinTech fittings separately that you can see here:

Perfect glycol chiller

"Ive always wanted to ditch one of my fermentation fridges and switch to glycol but couldn't justify the cost. Now I can. This chiller is compact but has 400wwatts of cooling power which is more than that of the Grainfather chiller at a fraction of the cost. Very happy wth it so far, pulled my wort down from 20C to 10C lager pitch temps in a few hours,"

Q&A

Hello! What's the maximum capacity/volume of the fermenter(s) can it accommodate and will it be able to support 2 fermenters simultaneously? Also, can it cold-crash? Thanks in advance and congratulations on this awesome product!
A; Depends. But we tested it on a 500L (but very well insulated!) conical. B: Yes. C: Yes
Hi there would this work on 3 tap flooded font And would it keep the beer cold. Could you get that frozen ice look like you do at pubs?
For sure -these are ideal for flooded fonts!
Hello KegLand Team, First of all, congratulations on the release of the RAPT Bluetooth Glycol Chiller. It is great to see the RAPT ecosystem expanding into glycol temperature control, and I am very excited about this product. I would like to ask a question regarding glycol control within the RAPT system. Is there currently, or will there be in the future, a dedicated product called a "RAPT Glycol Controller"? I could not find a separate product page for a standalone glycol controller on your website, so I wanted to check whether: - Glycol temperature control is handled entirely within the RAPT Bluetooth Glycol Chiller itself, or - There is a separate RAPT Glycol Controller planned for release, either as a standalone unit or as part of the RAPT ecosystem If a RAPT Glycol Controller is planned, could you please share any information about its intended functionality or release timeline? Thank you very much for continuing to develop such innovative brewing equipment. I really appreciate the work KegLand is doing with the RAPT platform. Kind regards,
The Glycol Controller will be released later this year.
Can this product be used with 110V?
This requires 220-240V
Hello KegLand Team, I am very interested in the RAPT Bluetooth Glycol Chiller, and before purchasing I would like to confirm the electrical specifications of the unit. Could you please let me know the following details as shown on the actual power rating label of the product? - Input voltage (for example, 220–240V or universal 100–240V) - Supported frequency (50Hz only or 50/60Hz) - Whether the compressor and internal electronics are designed for dual-frequency operation - Whether there are different regional versions (such as AU, US, or EU) with different power specifications If possible, a photo of the power rating label or the exact wording printed on it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much for your time and support. Kind regards,
This is only available in Australia at the moment - 220-240v, 50Hz
