Queensland Gold Rum and Cola - DIY ~ BYO Spirits Keg Kit

It's the perfect combination of intense woody notes and caramel sweetness with hints of floral and spice. Give it a crack on a Bundy Sundy!

Mix up a KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg or a Half Size KL02882 9.5L Ball Lock Keg of the Australian classic Bundy & Coke inspired Queensland Gold Rum and Cola using your own vodka/store bought at home with ease. Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy!

For best results ensure the beverage is fully carbonated before consuming and allow the keg to condition over 1-2 weeks as the flavour will mellow and improve over time.

For a lower alcohol variant simply add less neutral spirit and for a less sweet option simply reduce the white sugar addition.

Please note: These recipes have been formulated around the full quantities listed, adjusting sweetness levels may have a negative affect on flavour profile.
