Punchy Natural Flavourings are extremely potent! Use with some restraint as if overused they will punch your senses silly.
These natural flavour concentrates come in an easy-to-storeĀ UV resistant Mylar Pouch for peak longevity.
This has been tested in 19L Corny Keg of Berliner Weisse base made with Philly Sour Lallemand Yeast. Only 10mL was used as it had 1kg of frozen raspberries mixed in secondary that provided some flavour.Ā
50g packed into a Mylar Pouch which has excellent UV resistant properties. These pouches ensure longevity of the punchy aroma and flavour with an aroma seal lid. Refrigerate after opening to maintain peak longevity.
We recommend using 1mL plastic disposable syringes to dose kegs or poured beverages in the cup.
