Derived naturally from real fruit imparting the classic dark berry notes you would expect. Ideal for use in Berry Ciders, Fruited Sours and Seltzers.

You really do not need to add too much. It is best to dose first into a glass of known volume to taste and scale up to your keg volume.

100mL in a 120mL Amber UV Resistant Vial with aroma seal lid. Refrigerate after opening to maintain peak longevity.

We recommend using 1mL plastic disposable syringes to dose kegs or poured beverages in the cup.
