The KegLand PolyPhoenix Air Still Pro. Capable of producing outstanding neutral spirit right on your benchtop without water hosing everywhere.

- Prepacked column with KL32704 Large Spiral Prismatic Packing 7mm (OD) x 3.6mm
- Capable of 92% ABV out of the box. Column can be extended to make 96% ABV (Azeotrope).
- Safer design with ethanol leakage sensor alarm
- Easier to remove packing with bottom twist port
- Pre-Set Profiles + Programmable Profile enabled with RAPT wifi integration

A Seriously Capable Countertop Still

"In terms of countertop air stills, there isn’t anything on the market that compares. The PolyPhoenix feels like the next evolution of the format. The standard tabletop setup is capable of reaching around 93% ABV, and as high as 96% with cleaner input. It can produce a genuinely clean neutral out of the box, which was not possible with other air stills. It’s highly customisable and modular, with far more control and room to expand. It’s also surprisingly fast, taking way less time to do a run than competing devices. The external SPP setup also adds a lot of potential for higher throughput, stronger purity and better separation. If that configuration is properly dialled in, this would move well beyond a niche countertop device and into genuinely capable still territory."

Much better than the 4l one

"Fantastic!, you will need to adjust the alcohol vapour sensor as the threshold is set too low. Remember to run a vinegar run through first before using it. Also don't put the spp packing in the gin basket like I did! The only downside side is the lack of documentation, the rapt api not working yet and the new app. Three batches without issue so far including a nice peppermint gin"

Different size and shape, so not compatible, sorry
