A unique dual-kneading action of dual rotation of the bowl and the spiral hook gently mixes and kneads ingredients against the stainless steel breaker bar, resulting in stronger gluten networks and better dough.

Intuitive digital control panel with timer
With just a simple touch, the ergonomic aluminium dial switches between revolutions per minute (60 to 345 RPM) and percentage speed.

You can also set a digital timer from 30 seconds to 1 hour to automatically stop the mixer when the time is up.
