This Low Profile Ball Lock Tapping Head Assembly has been designed to suit standard Stainless Steel Mini Kegs such as the following:
This particular tapping head kit comes included with 2.5bar pressure relief valve, liquid and gas ball lock posts and dip tube with filter.
The plastic carbonation caps used in the tapping head can withstand a wide range of chemicals used in the brewing industry and relatively high temperatures (over 100C). The Tapping Head itself is made from Stainless Steel so will withstand harsh conditions.
NOTE: The 5L keg shown in the photos is not included. You need to purchase this separately here.

"Low profile so now I can fit my minikeg into my fridge."
"Absolutely what I wanted, thank you for everything"
"Compact size makes it slightly easier to fit in fridge and icebox especially when using Pluto guns and soda stream"
"Excellent service great product"
"A little awkward to get the dip tube attached securely, but a bit of sanitiser as lube and some careful fingerwork got it in just fine. a softer silicon dip tube would be a good upgrade but if you cut the semi-rigid tube to the right length it sits at the bottom well enough. Fits neatly in my glass front bar fridge without having to sacrifice shelf space to fit larger kegs, could put two side by side in a daisychain if I wanted more capacity. Didn’t have any issues with gas leaking, even when carbonating in the mini-keg, used a bit of lube on the sealing surfaces and threads then tightened it by hand until they stopped turning, then a tiny bit more with the tongue at the right angle for good luck. lubed up the main gasket too."
"I wanted to put a floating dip tube in, I had a dip tube kit, but the mini keg opening is too small for the metal float. I made a ring of siphon tube, sealing it with a small bit of the rigid dip tube that comes with the tapping head, and looping it through the ring that normally attached the ball to the dip tube filter head. That fits through and works great as a floating dip tube."
"Being low profile is nice, but at what cost? I've had 2 or 3 of these because I'm insane. The silicon elbow is hard as heck to get on and often falls off. They all leak co2 to varying extents. And the semi rigid dip tube is such a pain, so I got better luck switching to silicon dip tubes all the way to the cap."
"Great tapping head. With these I can fit 5 4 litre kegs in my camping fridge"
"This thing has drained my CO2 tank twice. I’ve used teflon tape on the threads and it still leaks. I’ve tried them tight, loose, and medium-tight and gas always gets out somehow. Sometimes, I’ll do a sanitizer test and it’ll be fine, only to come back later and hear gas hissing out. Cool concept, but I wish the posts were steel-to-steel."
"This is the worse thing ever. The connection comes off every time."
