Eliminate Stuck Mashes and Speed Up Wort Runoff
Zilla Labs Max Flow is a high-performance brewing enzyme engineered to drastically reduce mash viscosity and prevent stuck sparges. Tailor-made for high-adjunct grain bills such as oats and wheat in heavy New England IPAs (NEIPAs), Max Flow delivers rapid wort separation, effortless filtration, and a smoother brew day across all beer styles.
Key Benefits for Brewers
- Prevents Stuck Mashes & Sparges: Keeps grain beds fluid for fast, hassle-free runoff.
- Faster Wort Separation: Accelerates sparge speeds and simplifies downstream beer filtration.
- Increases Extract Yield: Unlocks trapped sugars by breaking down viscous non-starch polysaccharides.
- Versatile Temperature Profile: Performs reliably across an optimal working range of 65°C to 80°C.
Advanced Cellulase & Arabinoxylanase Blend
Max Flow leverages a synergized combination of cellulase and a high-activity GH-10 family arabinoxylanase. This formulation specifically targets and hydrolyzes beta-glucans and arabinoxylans - the primary causes of gummy, thick mashes when brewing with unmalted grains, wheat, or oats.
