How Hot-Side Fining Works

Added late in the boil, Kettle Clear binds directly to negatively charged proteins and polyphenols suspended in the hot wort. This reaction accelerates the formation of large, heavy flocs that drop out of suspension rapidly during whirlpooling, leaving behind clean, debris-free wort.

Dosage & Application Directions

• Dosage Rate: Use 3 ml to 6 ml per 23 L batch (scale accordingly for batch size).
• Timing: Add directly to the boil 5 minutes before the end of the boil.
• Application: Mix gently into the rolling boil to ensure even dispersion.

• Temperature: Store in a cool, dry place. Do not store below 7°C to prevent product degradation.
