Achieve brilliantly clear wort faster. Kettle Clear accelerates wort clarification during boiling and whirlpooling, promoting a denser and more compact trub bed.

Kettle Clear is an hot-side fining agent added during the boil. It rapidly binds and settles coarse trub and haze-causing particles, delivering clear wort to the fermenter without affecting head retention or altering beer flavour.

Usage Directions: Add 3 to 6ml per 23L batch, 5 minutes before the end of the boil.
