This RTK kit can be made in two different alcohol strengths
Hawksburn Malt Whiskey and Diet Cola: 6% ABV
Overproof Hawksburn Malt Whiskey and Diet Cola: 8.9% ABV
For a lower alcohol variant simply add less VINKA Extra Dry Cocktail Base.
For best results ensure the beverage is fully carbonated before consuming and allow the keg to condition over 1-2 weeks as the flavour will mellow and improve over time.

- Seeking input on if this would work, I buy the smaller 9.5l kit. Mix it all up as described and then separate into 500ml PET bottles. Can these be stored room temperature? How long would they last? Then I could just cool and carbonate as I want to use them?
- Always better to store in a keg, of course, but should be fine as long as your cleaning and sanitation is on point. These have to be force carbed with CO2 though.
