Johnnie Hawker Malt Whiskey and Diet Cola - Ready to Keg Kit

Delicious depth of flavours coming from malts and grain whiskies that make up the Impressence Malt Whisky Spirit Flavouring. This is paired with a finely tuned low sugar and full-flavoured cola that is a match fit for the king of the weekend.

Mix up a KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg or a Half Size KL02882 9.5L Ball Lock Keg of classic Johnnie Walker Inspired Whisky and Diet Cola at home with ease with the fully formulated Red Label Scotch Whiskey & Diet Cola Kit by Impressence, Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy! 

For best results ensure the beverage is fully carbonated before consuming and allow the keg to condition over 1-2 weeks as the flavour will mellow and improve over time.

For a lower alcohol variant simply add less VINKA Extra Dry Cocktail Base and for a less sweet option simply reduce the white sugar addition.

Kit Includes:
1 x KL41942 - VINKA - Extra Dry Cocktail Base - 5L
2 x KL33022 - Impressence - Malt Whisky Spirit Flavouring
2 x KB25585 - Impressence - Cola Flavour Shot - Part A 50mL + Part B 50mL
2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL Sachets
4 x KL43892 - Impressence - Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 2 - 50mL

No sugar required!

Recipe Instructions:

1. Add 1 x 5L VINKA Extra Dry Cocktail Base
   
2. Add 2 x Impressence - Spiced Rum 50mL sachets
3. Add 2 x Cola Part A and 2 x Cola Part B sachets
   
4. Add 4 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 2 sachets.
5. Top up to 19L with water
6. Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStop without having topped up the water)
7. Mix Keg Contents Well. "rolling on it's side is more than sufficient"
8. Carbonate to 2.4 - 2.7 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature).

2. Add 1 x Impressence - Spiced Rum 50mL sachet
3. Add 1 x Cola Part A and 1 x Cola Part B sachet
4. Add 2 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 2 sachets.
5. Top up to 9.5L with water
6. Add 1 x FermStop sachet (this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStop without having topped up the water)
