Irish Whiskey and Diet Cola - Ready to Keg Kit

Formulated in essence of Jameson Whiskey using the finest oak and whisky compounds. We would akin it to a smooth sweetness of marmalade that takes you on a sherry like journey back to Ireland. 

Blended in with a rich Diet Cola that is low sugar but still full-flavoured from the Flavour Shots Range. The cola is a little stronger tasting than Classic Coca-Cola as we found that didn't quite cut it.

Mix up a KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg or a Half Size KL02882 9.5L Ball Lock Keg of classic Jamesons Inspired Irish Whiskey and Diet Cola at home with ease with the fully formulated Impressence Irish Whiskey and Diet Cola Kit, Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy! 

For best results ensure the beverage is fully carbonated before consuming and allow the keg to condition over 1-2 weeks as the flavour will mellow and improve over time.

For a lower alcohol variant simply add less VINKA Extra Dry Cocktail Base.

Kit Includes:
1 x KL41942 - VINKA - Extra Dry Cocktail Base - 5L
2 x KL33015 - Impressence - Irish Whiskey Spirit Flavouring
2 x KB25585 - Impressence - Cola Flavour Shot - Part A 50mL + Part B 50mL
2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL Sachets
4 x KL43892 - Impressence - Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 2 - 50mL

No sugar required!

Recipe Instructions:

1. Add 1 x 5L VINKA Extra Dry Cocktail Base
   
2. Add 2 x Impressence - Irish Whiskey 50mL sachets
3. Add 2 x Cola Part A and 2 x Cola Part B sachets
   
4. Top up to 19L with water
5. Add 4 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 2 sachets.
6. Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStop without having topped up the water)
7. Mix Keg Contents Well. "rolling on it's side is more than sufficient"
8. Carbonate to 2.4 - 2.7 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature).

1 x KB25585 - Impressence - Cola Flavour Shot - Part A 50mL + Part B 50mL

2 x KL43892 - Impressence - Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 2 - 50mL

1. Add 10 x 250mL VINKA Extra Dry Cocktail Bases
2. Add 1 x Impressence - Irish Whiskey 50mL sachet
3. Add 1 x Cola Part A and 1 x Cola Part B sachet
4. Top up to 9.5L with water
5. Add 2 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 2 sachets.
6. Add 1 x FermStop sachet (this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStop without having topped up the water)
