Irish Whiskey and Cola Ready to Keg Kit

Formulated in essence of Jameson Whiskey using the finest oak and whisky compounds. We would akin it to a smooth sweetness of marmalade that takes you on a sherry like journey back to Ireland. 

Mix up a KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg or a Half Size KL02882 9.5L Ball Lock Keg of classic Jamesons Inspired Whisky Impressence at home with ease with the fully formulated Irish Whiskey and Cola Kit, Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy! 

For best results ensure the beverage is fully carbonated before consuming and allow the keg to condition over 1-2 weeks as the flavour will mellow and improve over time.

For a lower alcohol variant simply add less VINKA Medium Cocktail Base and for a less sweet option simply reduce the white sugar addition.

Kit Includes:
1 x KL41966 - VINKA - Medium Cocktail Base - 5L
2 x KL33015 - Impressence - Irish Whiskey Spirit Flavouring
2 x KB25585 - Impressence - Cola Flavour Shot - Part A 50mL + Part B 50mL
2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL Sachets

Kit Does Not Include: 680g Sugar

Recipe Instructions:

1. Dissolve 680g of White sugar into atleast 1L of hot water, then add it to your  KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg.
2. Add 1 x 5L VINKA Medium Cocktail Base
   
3. Add 2 x Irish Whiskey Spirit sachets
4. Add 2 x Cola Part A and 2 x Cola Part B sachets
   
5. Top up to 19L with water
6. Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStop without having topped up the water)
7. Mix Keg Contents Well. "rolling on it's side is more than sufficient"
8. Carbonate to 2.4 - 2.7 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature).

10 x KL37051 - VINKA - Medium Cocktail Base - 250mL 
1 x KL33015 - Impressence - Irish Whiskey Spirit Flavouring
1 x KB25585 - Impressence - Cola Flavour Shot - Part A 50mL + Part B 50mL
1 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL

Kit Does Not Include: 340g Sugar

Recipe Instructions:

1. Dissolve 340g of White sugar into atleast 1L of hot water, then add it to your KL02882 9.5L Ball Lock Keg
2. Add 10 x 250mL VINKA Medium Cocktail Bases
3. Add 1 x Irish Whiskey Spirit sachet
4. Add 1 x Cola Part A and 2 x Cola Part B sachet
   
5. Top up to 9.5L with water
6. Add 1 x FermStop sachet (this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStop without having topped up the water)
7. Mix Keg Contents Well. "rolling on it's side is more than sufficient"
8. Carbonate to 2.4 - 2.7 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature).
