Unlike other ceramic hibachi grillers that will fall apart the first time they get rained on this heavy duty unit from FabLand is 100% Australian designed and fabricated.  All laser cutting and folding is done in Australia.  Even the heat resistant fire bricks are Australian made.

The quality fire brick lined internal surface gives superior heat retention so you get a very hot burn that will emit far less smoke as the oil and fat that drips down into the coal area incinerates instantly.

Control the heat using the vents at either end to get the perfect cooking temperature.

304 Stainless Steel
Sure, this BBQ would have been less than half the cost had we just made this from sheet mild steel and just given it a coat of paint but we wanted you to have something special that would last a lifetime.  Buy quality and buy once.  The 304 grade stainless steel is not just in the bolts, legs, body but even the grill itself.  All heavy duty stainless components that will survive even commercial abuse

Heavy Duty Grill
Many other cheaper Hibachi BBQ units come with a thin wire grill that is simply horrible to use. They slide around and ultimately they just make them like this because they are cheap to manufacture.  We lase cut our grill from 304 grade stainless steel that is 4mm thick so it’s heavy, will last a long time and holds heat well enough to sear steak properly.  The top surface is flat and easy to scrape down and clean and the groves are designed with the correct profile so they can easily be cleaned using the dedicated scrape tool

Real Charcoal
We recommend using charcoal lumps. You can get this “Lumpwood” carcoal from Bunnings or various other retailers.  The combination of good quality charcoal and the insulated fire bricks in this unit will enable you to burn for 4-6 hrs and ensure you get a smoke free and very hot burn.

NOW INCLUDES FREE MULTIPURPOSE SCRAPE TOOL
The scrape tool for this BBQ has been designed to perfectly scrape down and clean the grill.  The flat edge can be used as a flipper for meat and the custom fingers will clean between the grooves of the grill.  It also has a handy bolt spanner just in case you need to tighten the bolts.
