This RTK kit has been designed in a single strength formulation
QLD Hard Ginger Beer: 6% ABV

For a lower alcohol variant simply add less VINKAMedium Cocktail Base. The same goes for sweetness level.

For best results ensure the beverage is fully carbonated before consuming and allow the keg to condition over 1-2 weeks as the flavour will mellow and improve over time.

awesome drop

"This is such a great drop, easy to mix from the kit they supplied. goes down very easily so be careful. these are super tasty. i prefer mine with some ice and in a large stein glass after mowing the lawn and watching the weber roast a lamb shank or two."

"Mixed up a treat, that was the easy part. However even after 2 weeks of 25psi CO2 into the keg, there is no fizz in the glass. Is there a secret to this aspect of the process, or am I doomed to always drink this and any subsequent attempts as flat as tap water?"

Approx carbonate time please guys Sitting at 2degress ready to hook co2 up

Notice there is no instruction on sterilisation? I assume you sterilise as per usual, but how long will it last in fridge? Since there is no boiling process there will be bacteria present right?
As long as the keg is cleaned and sanitised first you won't have any issues! Fermstop will prevent spontaneous fermentation in any case
Is this gluten free? Looking for an alcoholic ginger beer kit for 19L keg that is 100% GF
