Crafted with the highest quality flavours and ingredients, our Lemon Lime Pub Squash kit simplifies the brewing process without compromising on flavour. Because simply you don't need to brew it! Add the ingredients to your keg (in the specific order) and carbonate as you would normally with beer kegs.
This kit makes it easy to achieve that perfect balance of sweetness and tartness from an Australian classic, Lemon Lime Pub Squash.
Mix up a KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg or a Half Size KL02882 9.5L Ball Lock Keg of refreshing Alcoholic Lemon Lime Pub Squash at home with ease. Perfect for those who want the classic taste of Pub Squash with less sugar. Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy!
For best results ensure the beverage is fully carbonated before consuming and allow the keg to condition over 1-2 weeks as the flavour will mellow and improve over time.
For a lower alcohol variant simply add less VINKA Medium Cocktail Base and for a less sweet option simply reduce the white sugar addition.
Lemon Lime Hard Pub Squash VINKA 19L Keg Kit Instructions (ABV 5.80%)
Kit Includes:
1 x KL41966 - VINKA - Medium Cocktail Base - 5L
4 x KL44271 - Impressence - Lemon Lime Pub Squash Flavour Shot - 50mL
4 x KL43885 - Impressence - Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 - 50ml
2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop - 50mL
No sugar required!
Recipe Instructions:
- Dissolve 920g White Sugar in 2L of hot water then add it to your to your KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg.
- Add 5L VINKA Medium Dry Cocktail Base
- Add 4 x Impressence Lemon Lime Pub Squash Flavour Shot sachets.
- Top up to 19L with water.
- Then add 2 x FermStop sachets. (this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStops without having topped up the water)
- Mix Keg Contents Well.
- Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature).[Optimum 20psi at 2°C]

Kit Includes:
10 x KL37051 - VINKA - Medium Cocktail Base - 250mL
2 x KL44271 - Impressence - Lemon Lime Pub Squash Flavour Shot - 50mL
2 x KL43885 - Impressence - Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 - 50ml
1 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop - 50mL
No sugar required!
Recipe Instructions:
- Dissolve 460g White Sugar in 1L of hot water then add it to your KL02882 9.5L Ball Lock Keg
- Add 10 x 250mL VINKA Medium Cocktail Bases
- Add 2 x Impressence Lemon Lime Pub Squash Flavour Shot sachets.
- Top up to 9.5L with water.
- Then add 2 x FermStop sachets. (this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStops without having topped up the water)
- Mix Keg Contents Well.
- Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature).[Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
