Unfortunately German Pilsner Malt - Mallokup (AUS) has been discontinued. For another great alternative try German Pilsner Malt - Gladfield (NZ)
A traditional extra pale European style malt, slightly undermodified, producing authentic style pilsner flavours with great lautering properties, body, and head retention.
Suits German Pils, Czech Pils, Pils/ lagers.
Mallokup barley is sourced from independent, local family farms in Western Australia and then malted in their malthouse in Capel, WA. The result is locally sourced, fresh and high-quality single origin malt.
