Brewed with millet, buckwheat, rice, and Citra and Cascade hops.

This FWK is a standalone base, meaning that it is not sold with Yeast or Hops like our other complete recipe kits.

We would recommend using in order of preference and temperature control:

KL12751 LalBrew Premium Series - BRY-97 Yeast x 11g ~ at 15-22°C
KL16544 LalBrew Premium Series - Koln Style Ale Yeast x 11g ~ 12-16°C

Depending on the yeast type, you would generally get a crisper cleaner tasting beer the lower temperature you ferment at.
