"Really enjoying these fresh worts. Easy and all have made great beer. Went light on the hops with this one. Just 25g of Helertau Mittenfru (spelt poorly I’m sure) and 25g of Superdelic dropped in at high krauzen. Came out great. Will definitely do it again"
