Made in a new world Berlinner Weisse style that is a little stronger in ABV. You'll be able to tweak this particular kit to whatever you like.
Sour HAZY Neipa is a strong go to, but we can't beat a seasonal fresh fruit Berlinner Weisse.
For the non-seasonal taste, using Impressence Seltzer Flavour Shots is the next best to the real thing.
