Built specifically to handle the harsh chemicals used in modern Clean-In-Place (CIP) systems. Our Nitrile/PVC blend has been rigorously tested against Acid, Caustic, Acetic, High Sulfur, Lactic, and Phosphoric chemicals. This ensures your lines stay clear and degrade-free for years, not months.

Superior Oxygen Barrier Technology

Unlike cheaper silicone hoses, FlexiRoyal is constructed from a specialized Nitrile Polyvinyl Chloride blend. This material offers a significantly lower oxygen transmission rate, preventing oxygen ingress during critical transfers and keeping your beer fresher for longer.

High-Flow Smooth Bore Design

The 25mm (1") ID is manufactured to maximize bore diameter for the highest possible throughput. The smooth internal surface prevents "dead-legs" and ensures that yeast cake, hop sludge, and viscous liquids like liquid sugar move efficiently without getting trapped in internal crevices.

Required Cleaning Before First Use

FlexiRoyal hosing requires at least three CIP recirculation cycles before being put into production. This process removes any residual manufacturing aromas. We believe the trade-off for a few cleaning cycles is well worth the result: a highly chemically-resistant hose that can handle accidental chemical misuse and heavy-duty brewery life.

Custom Swaging & Compatibility

As this is an unswaged bulk roll, it does not include Tri-Clover (TC) fittings. When pairing with your own fittings, the smooth-bore design ensures a seamless transition without internal bulging, allowing for total drainage and a sanitary environment.

Note: This product is suitable for beer, wine, distilled spirits, and pharmaceutical applications involving both oily and non-oily substances.
