We engineered this Festbier for maximum drinkability and deep flavor complexity. By balancing traditional German specialty malts with classic noble hop varieties, Festmeister offers a clean, elegant lager experience that goes down effortlessly stein after stein.

• The Malt Foundation: Built on a heavy base of crisp Pilsner malt backed by Munich and Vienna, this grain bill provides a smooth, bread-like maltiness with subtle hints of honey and toasted grain, giving the beer a brilliant golden color without being overly heavy or sweet.
• Noble Hop Balance: We used Magnum for a clean, precise bitterness, followed by Hallertau Mittelfruh and Tettnang to impart a soft, herbal, and floral aroma that perfectly rounds out the malt character.
• Lager Perfection: Fermented with dual sachets of CellarScience GERMAN Weihenstephan Lager Yeast, this kit delivers a super-clean profile, allowing the subtle malt and hop nuances to shine through flawlessly.
