"I used 2 packets of W-34/70 in a Munich Helles Lager and fermented at 13. 5c for just under 3 weeks. It provided a strong and healthy fermentation. The larger was very clean with no off-flavours. I will use this again for sure, its easy to manage the temp and any concerns I had about brewing a lager were not an issue. I understand it can be fermented with confidence up to 15c, possibly even higher at 18c. Everyone enjoyed this beer at our Oktoberfest party. I will use in the future when I next brew a lager."
"Makes amazing crystal clear largers! Everything they say it is !!"
"Solid choice for lager"
"the best dry lager yeast around"
"Nice for lager or cold ipa"
"I love how 34/70 works in my lagers. Clean and a great progression through the fermentation."
"if you want results this is my go too"
"I have used this lager yeast on many brews and have always had great success. I find the way the yeast bed forms into a firm and compact mass in the bottom of the fermenter allows one to get the very last drop of beer out without stirring up all the sediment. The same applies when bottle conditioning the beer the small amount of yeast sediment remains in the bottle when pouring the beer into a glass,"
