"A classic English IPA (similar to the James Squire Stowaway IPA), this beer has a solid malt backbone and a firm bitterness, with less hop character than an American IPA. Fuggles and EKG are a classic hop combination adding an earthiness along with a floral, citrus character."

1 x KL17503 - Muntons Connoiseurs Traditional Bitter (1.8kg) Ingredient Can
1 x KL12225 - Muntons Maris Otter Light Malt Extract (1.5kg) Ingredient Can
1 x KL29384 - Beer Enhancer 1 - 1kg bag
1 x KL09119 - East Kent Golding - 100g Vacuum Sealed Pellet Hops
1 x KL09133 - Fuggle - 100g Vacuum Sealed Pellet Hops
1 x KL12744 - Lalbrew Premium Series - Nottingham Yeast x 11g

Hop Substitutions:
Cascade, Willamette, Tettnang.
Dry Yeast Substitutions:
SafAle S-04
Liquid Yeast Upgrade
WLP002 English Ale

Please note: Hop sock isn't included in this kit (some people already have them or prefer to use a kitchen sieve to strain the grains and hops) but can easily be purchased in the same order by adding this part to your cart.
