A big, bold, bitter and black-as-squid-ink Russian Imperial Stout. Made for ageing and enjoying in the depth of winter.

□ 2 x Muntons Export Stout (1.8kg) Ingredient Can
□ 1 x Muntons Connoiseurs Traditional Bitter (1.5kg) Ingredient Can
□ 1 x Muntons Light Malt Extract (1.5kg)
□ 1 x Dextrose Mono-Hydrate Powder (1kg)
□ 2 x LalBrew - Nottingham Yeast x 11g (Dry English Ale)

Optional hop suggestions if you want to jazz it up:
Cascade, East Kent Goldings, Tettnang.

WLP002 English Ale

Please note: Hop sock isn't included in this kit (some people already have them or prefer to use a kitchen sieve to strain the grains and hops) but can easily be purchased in the same order by adding this part to your cart.
