This versatile fitting adapter is designed to connect a 9.5mm (3/8") OD line to a 6.5mm (1/4") OD line and features a male 1/2" BSP thread. It provides a reliable, secure connection that is ideal for integrating seamlessly into brewing setups. It is particularly well suited for attaching to our Red Reaper Counterflow Chiller, allowing you to easily adapt the connection to use your preferred camlock fittings, hose attachments, or other custom quick-disconnect hardware.
Applications & Compatibility
- Liquid or gas lines: Use anywhere you want to attach a 9.5mm liquid or gas line to a 1/2" BSP female fitting.
- Red Reaper: Especially useful for attaching your own 1/2" BSP fittings to our counterflow chiller.

This 9.5mm duotight fitting is optimised for use with EVABarrier Dual Barrier Line. It is compatible with:

Instead of standard Acetal, Generation 2 fittings are made from Polyketone (POK).

User-Friendly Features
- Color-Coded Collets: Blue denotes 9mm (3/8").
- Depth Indicators: Includes >| |< indicators so you know the hose is fully seated.
- No Clamps Necessary: Simply push to seal; push the collet to release.
We recommend using a Tube Cutter to ensure a perfectly straight, burr-free cut. An angled cut is the #1 cause of leaks in push-fit systems.
