duotight – 8mm (5/16”) Female x FFL Female Thread (to fit MFL Disconnects)

The duotight 8mm to FFL Female adapter is the industry standard for connecting 8mm OD beer or gas line to threaded fittings. Designed specifically for MFL Threaded Ball Lock and MFL Pin Lock Disconnects, this fitting allows for a tool-free, clamp-free connection that is 100% airtight.

Applications & Compatibility

• MFL Disconnects: Screw directly onto Grey (Gas) or Black (Liquid) MFL Ball Lock or Pin Lock disconnects.
• Regulators: Fits MK4 Regulators and other homebrew CO2 regulators with MFL outputs.
• Threaded Fittings: Compatible with any 1/4" MFL male thread.

This fitting is not required for the MK5 Regulator.

8mm Tubing Compatibility

This 8mm duotight fitting is optimised for use with EVABarrier Dual Barrier Line. It is compatible with:

• KL06224: 4mm ID x 8mm OD | 12m
• KL06231: 5mm ID x 8mm OD | 12m
• KL42741: 5mm ID x 8mm OD | 12m (Red)
• KL42765: 4mm ID x 8mm OD | 12m (Black Lightshield)

We recommend using a Tube Cutter to ensure a perfectly straight, burr-free cut. An angled cut is the #1 cause of leaks in push-fit systems.
