Doorgun's London Dry Gin and Diet Tonic - Ready to Keg Kit

A classic balanced combination of zesty, aromatic Gin and Mediterranean style Tonic in a Keg... without the sugar!

Mix up a KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg or a Half Size KL02882 9.5L Ball Lock Keg of classic London Dry style Gin and Light Tonic at home with ease with the fully formulated Impressence London Dry Gin and Tonic Ready to Keg Kit. Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy! 

This Gin and Tonic is light on sugar, but not light on flavour with classic zesty, piney juniper notes of London Dry Gin with delicate floral flavours of Mediterranean style tonic for the perfect Gin and Tonic. 

For best results ensure the beverage is fully carbonated before consuming and allow the keg to condition over 1-2 weeks as the flavour will mellow and improve over time.

For a lower alcohol variant simply add less VINKA Extra Dry Cocktail Base.

Kit Includes:
1 x KL41942 - VINKA - Extra Dry Cocktail Base - 5L
4 x KL41911 - Impressence - Tonic Flavour Shot - 50mL
4 x KL33138 - Impressence - London Dry Gin Spirit Flavouring - 50ml
2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL
4 x KL43892 - Impressence - Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 2 - 50ml

Sugar not required!

Recipe Instructions:

1. Dissolve 680g of White sugar into 2L of hot water, then add it to your  KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg.
2. Add 1 x 5L VINKA Extra Dry Cocktail Base to your 
   
3. Add 4 x Tonic Flavour Shots and 4 x London Dry Gin Spirit Flavouring sachets.
   
4. Add 4 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 2 sachets.
5. Top up to 19L with water
6. Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStop without having topped up the water)
7. Mix Keg Contents Well. "rolling on it's side is more than sufficient"
8. Carbonate to 2.4 - 2.7 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature).

2. Then Add 10 x VINKA Medium Cocktail Bases - 250mL Sachets
3. Add 2 x Tonic Flavour Shots and 2 x London Dry Gin Spirit Flavouring sachets.
   
4. Add 2 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 2 sachets.
5. Top up to 9.5L with water
6. Add 1 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStop without having topped up the water)
