Digital Effeuno Electric Pizza Oven P134H509E with Biscotto Stone

The Effeuno P134H 509e electric oven is equipped with an internal shelf and a resistant cooking chamber in premium stainless steel that allows better resistance to corrosion. The maximum power of 3kW (15 amp) and its small size make it adaptable to any type of context. It is an electromechanically controlled oven that is easy to use.

This model is perfect for cooking all types of pizza, pan pizza, focaccia, pinsa and above all for true Neapolitan pizza, which can be perfectly cooked in less than 90 seconds (only if cooked on the Biscotto stone).

Most Pizza ovens on the market are either Gas or Wood Fired. Although these can reach much higher temperatures, there is always heat coming from a specific zone. This means you are forced to rotate and "guess" if the pizza is cooked on the opposing side where you can't see. 
The beauty of electric is that the heat is coming from both the bottom and the top in a much wider area. Meaning once you open, launch and close the door in quick succession your heat loss with be so minimal you will not need to rotate.
