This traditional light coloured Belgian Candi Syrup has been made from authentic Belgian caramelised beet sugars. It increases the sugar content and ABV of any beer style without impacting the colour of the wort.
Ideal Beer Styles
Recommended for light coloured Belgian styles, such as:
- Belgian Blondes
- Belgian Trappist Singels
This clear Belgian Candi Syrup can also be used as a starting to point to produce darker Candi Syrups by simply caramelising it further.
