Bravo - (25g Pellet Hop)

 Bravo is a super alpha hop variety that came about as a result of open pollination. It is mainly used as a bittering hop but it can contribute fruity and floral notes when added later in the boil and works with IPAs, Pale Ales and Red Ales.
