Bombay Dry and Tonic Perfection in a Keg!

Mix up a KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg or a Half Size KL02882 9.5L Ball Lock Keg of refreshing Bombay style Gin and Tonic at home with ease with the fully formulated Impressence Bombay gin and Tonic Ready to Keg Kit. Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy! 

For best results ensure the beverage is fully carbonated before consuming and allow the keg to condition over 1-2 weeks as the flavour will mellow and improve over time.

For a lower alcohol variant simply add less VINKA Medium Cocktail Base and for a less sweet option simply reduce the white sugar addition.

Bombay Gin and Tonic VINKA 19L Keg Kit Instructions (ABV 5.80%)
Kit Includes:
1 x KL41966 - VINKA - Medium Cocktail Base - 5L
4 x KL41911 - Impressence - Tonic Flavour Shot - 50mL
4 x KL33145 - Impressence - Bombay Dry Gin Spirit Flavouring - 50ml
2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL

Recipe Instructions:

1. Add 5L VINKA Medium Cocktail Base to your KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg.
2. Add 4 x Impressence Tonic Flavour Shot sachets and 4 x Impressence Bombay Dry Gin Spirit Flavouring sachets.
3. Add 675g White Sugar.
4. Top up to 19L with water and add 2 x FermStop sachets. (this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStops without having topped up the water)
5. Mix Keg Contents Well.
6. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]

Bombay Gin and Tonic VINKA 9.5L Keg Kit Instructions (ABV 5.80%)
Kit Includes:
10 x KL37051 - VINKA - Medium Cocktail Base - 250mL 
2 x KL41911 - Impressence - Tonic Flavour Shot - 50mL
2 x KL33145 - Impressence - Bombay Dry Gin Spirit Flavouring - 50ml
1 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL

Recipe Instructions:

1. Add 10 x 250mL VINKA Medium Cocktail Bases to your KL02882 9.5L Ball Lock Keg
2. Add 2 x Impressence Tonic Flavour Shot sachets and 2 x Impressence Bombay Dry Gin Spirit Flavouring sachets.
3. Add 337g White Sugar.
4. Top up to 9.5L with water and add 1 x FermStop sachet.
   (this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStop without having topped up the water)
   
5. Mix Keg Contents Well.
6. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
