Bombay Dry and Tonic Perfection in a Keg.... without the sugar!

Mix up a KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg or a Half Size KL02882 9.5L Ball Lock Keg of refreshing Bombay style Gin and Light Tonic at home with ease with the fully formulated Impressence Bombay gin and Light Tonic Ready to Keg Kit. Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy! 

This Gin and Tonic is light on sugar, but not light on flavour. It combines aromatic citrus and juniper notes of Bombay Gin with delicate floral flavours of Mediterranean style tonic for the perfect Gin and Tonic. 

For best results ensure the beverage is fully carbonated before consuming and allow the keg to condition over 1-2 weeks as the flavour will mellow and improve over time.

For a lower alcohol variant simply add less VINKA Extra Dry Cocktail Base.

Kit Includes:
1 x KL41942 - VINKA - Extra Dry Cocktail Base - 5L
4 x KL41911 - Impressence - Tonic Flavour Shot - 50mL
4 x KL33145 - Impressence - Bombay Dry Gin Spirit Flavouring - 50ml
2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL
4 x KL43885 - Impressence Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 - 50mL

No sugar required!

Recipe Instructions:

1. Add 1 x 5L VINKA Extra Dry Cocktail Base.
   
2. Add 4 x Tonic Flavour Shots and 4 x Bombay Dry Gin Spirit Flavouring sachets.
   
3. Top up to 19L with water
4. Add 4 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 sachets.
5. Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStop without having topped up the water)
6. Mix Keg Contents Well. "rolling on it's side is more than sufficient"
7. Carbonate to 2.4 - 2.7 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature).

2. Add 2 x Tonic Flavour Shots and 2 x Bombay Dry Gin Spirit Flavouring sachets.
3. Add 2 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 sachets.
4. Top up to 9.5L with water
   
5. Add 1 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStop without having topped up the water)
