Oslo is an excellent strain choice for producing super clean beer in just a few days. It is suitable to be used in a wide range of beer styles including IPA, Stout, Porter, Pales Ale and Pseudo Lager. 

Oslo is a phonemonal wort attenuator and the key for great clean beer in a quick time period without any off flavours is to keep the fermentation hot.

We highly recommend a Dry Ice Pack or two for your yeasts voyage OR for a short stay in our pick up lockers in the warmer months of the year.

To ensure a healthy fermentation it is a good idea to incorporate some yeast nutrient in your brewing. You can purchase some here.
