Black Rock NZ Company Bitter Beer Kit (1.7kg)

A rich full-bodied, brown beer for beer drinkers who like the strong taste of a real beer.

The British created the New Zealand Company in 1839 to settle the colony. This beer is similar to an English Best Bitter. This stronger-tasting beer is both satisfying and thirst-quenching with full-bodied malt character from the Crystal and Black specialty malts balanced with a moderate bitterness .

Brew with 1kg Dextrose Mono-hydrate for a cleaner finish. For more body, colour and malt flavour use 1.7kg Black Rock Light or unhopped amber malt extract instead of sugar.

Dry yeast sachet located under the cap and detailed brewing instructions are provided on the back of the tin.
