Description
This recipe is based on Ben’s Munich Helles recipe. This is a beer for when you want a nice refreshing easy drinking beer. A light golden beer with a gentle bitterness rounded off with some maltiness and German Hallertau hop flavour.

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS
Approximate cube volume: 16.5L Plus 3L of extra water added.
Starting gravity after dilution: 1.046.
Bitterness: 19 IBUs.
Grist makeup: Joe White Signature Pilsner.
Late hops: Hallertau Tradition
Recommended yeasts: LalBrew Premium Series- Diamond Lager Yeast
