Artisanale - Fresh Ale

An easy drinking, refreshing ale made with 100% Australian ingredients.

Dry Hopping is not necessary with this style but if you'd like to experiment you could try 40g of Galaxy or Vic Secret in the fermenter 3 days before packaging.

Artisanale - Aussie Fresh Ale (16.5L)

Grain and Grapes wort kits are usually made in house on a Speidel 500L Braumeister Brewery. However, this particular brew was brewed at Two Birds Brewery in Spotswood as part of System Wars 2017 at Grain and Grape. As with all of our Artisanale kits it is all grain and brewed true to style.

NOTE: These kits are generally designed to add 3 litres of water to dilute.

General Specifications

Grist make up: JW Pilsner, Vienna 5%

Starting Gravityr: 1.044

Bitterness: 21 IBU's using Warrior hops.

Flavour hopped with Galaxy and Vic Secret hops.

Recommended yeasts: WLP001 California Ale Yeast or WLP051 California V Ale Yeast, SAF US05 or LalBrew BRY97.
