Apollo - (25g Pellet Hop)

A super high alpha acid bittering variety, it contributes flavours and aromas reminiscent to grapefruit, citrus and resin when added late in the boil and used as a dry hop. 

Apollo is a new super high alpha variety hop with a low cohumulone level which makes it a really good bittering hop. When used later in the boil, it can contribute citrus, grapefruit, orange and resin flavours and aromas. It also stores very well which makes it ideal to keep on hand.
