This traditional amber coloured Belgian Candi Syrup has been made from authentic Belgian caramelised beet sugars. It adds colour and a smooth, rich flavour to the wort.
Ideal Beer Styles
Recommended for light-to-medium coloured Belgian styles, such as:
- Belgian Pale Ales
- Strong Golden Ales
- Belgian Trappist Tripels
This amber Belgian Candi Syrup can also be used as a starting to point to produce darker Candi Syrups by simply caramelising it further.
