65L BrewZilla Gen 3 & 4 - PPSU Sight Glass Upgrade Kit

This upgrade kit suits 65L BrewZilla Gen 3 to 3.1.1 and Gen 4 breweries. This will enable you to see the liquid level through the incredibly strong and crack resistant PPSU sight glass. This can be quite handy when you're sparging to a known level as the malt pipe would normally be sitting on top of the halo ring making it difficult to see the liquid level from the indentation markings inside the BrewZilla.
As this is a one size fits all approach to sight glasses for multiple models and sizes, you will need to cut down the 100cm tubing based on your current BrewZillas recirculation arm size. We would recommend purchasing aΒ KL14557Β Mini Tube / Pipe CutterΒ to cut the tube cleanly.

Please note you will need to re-use the Female x 1/2" Female Camlock on your recirculation arm with this kit. Do not dispose of it prematurely!
You will also need plumbers KL10888 Teflon tape or food grade loctite for the female camlock x female 1/2" fitting.

"I won't lie, it's not the easiest application. Following kee's video, I wound up cutting my tube 2mm too long, which I then botched trying to trim down. Luckily the off cut was longer than the main cut, so I got a second chance. Very glad I got it down because the visible while sparging is crucial."
"This review only applies to the Gen 3 3. 1. 1 65L brewzillas. Unfortunately these older models don't have the mount for the top camlock. The only attachment point is on the PPSU pipe with a small clamp. Therefore when it gets warm and under pressure with the pump, the o-rings are the only thing holding the top camlock in place, so this becomes loose, rotates, etc. When I closed the valve below the camlock with the pump running, the entire fitting (valve, camlock, recirc arm) came off = big mess. There needs to be some way to anchor the top valve / camlock to the brewzilla. Im working on a 3D-printed solution, but may have to revert to stock."
