These 6 Tap TT Bar Fonts come with insulation foam both up the font tube and across the bar. Please see product image for a photo clarification.

This font was designed for the Series X Plus Kegerator. It does not suit the Grand Deluxe Kegerators.

These units also do not come with hosing, shanks, taps, handles as shown in the photos.

Extremely cool, not super practicql

"I just want to say first up that I love the look of this thing, and it fits 6 bishop handles perfectly, which the 2x 3 tap fonts don't. In the words of Lucas from The Wizard, "Its so bad (good). " Now for the negative. I've got moderately big forearms and hands. It was painful (and a little bloody) getting the connections fitted. So much so that I don't think I'll do my semi regular line changes I used to do. I even have kegland's little spanner tool for the nuts, and it was still super difficult. Took me a few hours. Also not great is that you're practically guaranteed some foam in the warmer months. Running the air line up it, I was told, will stress the compressor for little benefit. I did take the advice of using pool noodles for insulation, but there's just so much warm air up there that you'll likely build up quite a bit of foam by the time the lines get cold. But again, and I want to stress this: it's VERY cool!"

"Hi, thanks for your reply - I couldn't find a way to reply back, so had to do it this way. Yep, funnily enough, I have already ordered one and hopefully it will arrive soon. It has delayed the official switch on unfortunately. But for 4 dollars ( or a few quid here in the UK), surely you could have included one with the bar?? We've paid a fair whack for the bar - it would be a nice touch. Especially as it really is needed to do the job properly. Still great kit though - as usual."

Those bolts are near impossible to tighten

"I agree with Matt's review. A great piece of kit, but I wouldn't want to install the 8 tap. This was hard enough. The two middle taps are really hard to tighten from the inside, the next two along aren't much better. If you watch any of the install videos, it's made to look easy and I'm not really convinced they were able to use the bar tool to tighten the bolts - there's just not enough leverage. In the end, I used a thin cloth in my hand to save my fingers real pain, and tightened them as much as physically possible by hand. They're still a little loose and do move on the front. Unless someone has a better way of doing it, that's what i recommend. The end two?? Easy, as the tool sticks out the end and you can use it properly to tighten up."

"Pleased I bought the 6 and not 8 tap double-T-bar as it takes a bit of care and time to assemble the shanks into the font. That said, the result was well-worth waiting for!"
