Chit Malt is unique in the way that it improves the beer's mouthfeel and head retention.Chit Barley malt is a must use malt in Sour Beers, Saisons, Hazy beers such as NEIPAs and Low Alcohol Beers.

Beers produced with Chit Malt have increased levels of foam producing proteins to produce a fluffy lingering head. Chit Malt can also impart added mouthfeel, particularly in drier beer styles like Sours and Saisons.

Chit malt also has a high level of starter enzymes which contribute significantly to improving the conversion of starch to sugar and hence increasing the yield of your brew.
