This Bulk Carton gives you more flexibility over a 20kg sack by allowing you to add the required amount of DME to the kilo and also minimising wastage due to moisture getting into the opened sack of leftover Dried Malt Extract.

This amber DME will contribute a more malty flavour with caramel notes to your beer and will contribute the amber colour of your brew.

It is also suitable for use in yeast starters with the addition of a little yeast nutrient to give your brew the best possible start.
