Introducing KegLand's exclusive 15 Minute Brew Kits! 15MBK for short

Using high quality DME and freshly milled steeping grains, the 15mBK range allows you to brew a fantastic tasting beer with no more than a 15 minute boil!

Using no more brewing equipment than a pot that will comfortably fit on your cooktop, these kits let anyone try their hand at homebrewing a fantastic craft beer!

Each kit comes with all the ingredients you need to make a beer from scratch. You can get your brew in a fermenter from start to finish in well under an hour.

Please refer to the instruction manual below for full, step by step instructions to make this kit.

To get started you will need some inexpensive and readily available equipment.

- A cooking pot of 15L or more - this one from Ikea is ideal
- A fermenter - a FermZilla Flat Bottom 30L is ideal!
StellarClean PBW and StellarSan No Rinse Sanitiser
- Bottles and bottling equipment (some bottles come with the FermZilla Flat Bottom kits, more can be purchased here)
- A long handled heat resistant spoon
- Long handled tongs and heat proof rubber gloves are super useful - you probably already have these!

Each kit will make around 2 cases of beer - around 20 litres or more!

Simply steeping the pre-milled grains for flavour and colour, then a quick, 15 minute boil with dry malt extract. Top up with cold water to the desired volume and this is ready to go in the fermenter.

Every kit comes with steeping grains(where required), dry malt extract and dextrose (if required) as well as hops and yeast.

Great outcome for an easy brew

"This is a big step up from your typical extract cans, mostly due to head retention and mouthfeel. Nice strong hop flavours and aromas coming through too, ordering more today."

Quick and easy no hazzle

"Quick and easy no hazzle brew day. The hops in this beer are very tasty. Will be buying this one again."

Best brew so far

"This Pacific Ale is an outstanding beer! I increased the hop quantities by 50% (to make it more hoppy) and it came out amazingly well. My best brew so far, will definitely brew it again. PS with the hop increase there was a lot of trub in the fermenter, so I gave it 2 days of cold crash and it was perfect after that. There is very little sediment in the bottles and it is ligth coloured and hazy."

Missing hops

"Didn't get all the hops that was in the recipe. The instructions were not written very well as it said to boil a hop that was not in the kit on the right side of instructions .and it said in the main instructions there is no boiling hops in this recipe."
